Production equipment and processing technology

The Group has a number of sets of brucite mining, beneficiation, crushing, coarse grinding, fine grinding, surface modification and granulation production lines. The equipments all use German design technology and Korean processing technology to effectively control the brucite powder products.Product the key ratios of content ratio, moisture, particle size distribution, large particles remove, modified coating ratio, dust pollution control, and content ratio of granulated products, moisture, hardness and pulverization rate ensure high quality products for customers at home and abroad.

Technology R&D and overseas technology cooperation R&D

The group has a professional technical research and development team, 25 professional and technical research and development personnel, covering the fine processing of the brucite industry, dry and wet modification and downstream application technology.

The group company has Xinyang Mining Donggang Chemical Research Institute and Xinyang Mining Dalian Chemical Research Institute. At present, the Group's physical and chemical laboratories have established long-term and stable technical R&D cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Dalian University of Technology(DUT), Dalian Maritime University, Dalian University of Technology and other universities, and carried out special technical cooperation with Shanghai Cable Research and Tianjin University Papermaking Laboratory Research Unit.

The Group also employs Korean industrial technology experts and Japanese agricultural technology experts as consultants in the company's industrial and agricultural fields. It has long been committed to the research and development of new products, process improvement, product upgrading and downstream application technology of brucite industry and agriculture.

The group currently uses the fine grinding of brucite, stearic acid modification and silane modification process. It adopts German design equipment and Korean processing technology to reach the world-class and international leading level.
